Locations Stub

Hi, I'm relatively new to the wiki, and was wondering what the guidelines for reconsidering an article as a "Locations Stub" are? I've searched the wiki, and not found the appropriate procedures, do I need to submit it to a commitee or just change it myself?

This arises only because I've noticed a few articles that are classified as Locations Stubs, yet have all the relevant information covered under the locations stub tag.
